PUPPY RAISER INFORMATION CENTER

This page is provided for informational purposes only. Inclusion of a link on this page does not imply endorsement of any puppy raising program. Many programs require raisers to live within a specific geographical area; therefore, it is not practical at this time for me to suggest criteria for choosing a puppy raising program. If you are a puppy raiser and you are experiencing problems, your best resource is your club leader or the school for which you are raising your puppy.

For easier browsing, the links on this page are sorted by topic. Choose the topic which interests you most, or scroll down past the topic list if you just want to browse.

Puppy Raisers' Pages

Sky and the Rosenblum Family
This is a unique page done from the puppy's point of view. The family has raised several puppies for GDB. The page does trigger a couple of popups and a display warning.

Angel Eyes
This is a nice page with a journal from a Seeing Eye puppy raiser. The front page looks like it could use updating, but the journal includes entries from 2001. Background music plays but isn't too distracting--it's actually kind of soothing.

Reuben's Quest
This is a cute page done from a puppy's point of view. The family raises puppies for Paws with a Cause and Leader Dogs for the Blind.
