
Sarah Blake is a commissioned minister with the Church of God (Anderson, IN). She has experience as a teacher of adult education classes and as a presenter of seminars on various topics of special interest. She has several years of experience singing with choral groups and worship teams and has a heart for worship as well as biblical teaching. She composes lyrics and music and often uses her songs in her presentations. In addition to her ministry activities, she also provides community education programs to assist various groups, including children's groups, to learn about the needs of people with disabilities.

This song was written as a prayer for families struggling with decisions concerning care for people who cannot express their own wishes due to profound disability, brain injury, etc.
